We All Fall Down’s 6th birthday

Hello Hello Hello!

That was a special episode of We All Fall Down - 6th birthday. Marielle hosted the show for 5 years and last year I've took over! So, congrats to us!!!

I've played some new songs by great bands - Me First and the Gimme Gimmies, Cobra Skulls, Old Man Markley, Dropkick Murphys, Roger Miret & the Disasters + some awesome local metal from Titans Eve and local skate thrash stuff from compilation Board to Death in BC. And to finish up things I've played songs by Kid Liberty, Take it Back!, Rust Belt Lights. Byron (Invasives) on We All Fall Down

I was really excited about todays show, because I've got a chance to have member of one of my favorite Vancouver bands on the show - Byron from Invasives.

Those guys play a really interesting type of punk rock, thinking_out_of_the_box_type_of_punk_music. Especially their new album, Desk Job At Castle Dracula! It's full of really cool, catchy and weird hooks. But don't get me wrong, its weird enough! Not some kind of prog-hippie type of garbage! Still, really strong and interesting punk songs! Anyways! Long story short - Invasives have unique sound. Give them a listen, if you're not familiar with their borderline music! I do highly recommend :)

Tomorrow, on Friday January 14th, a pretty big show for our local scene is happening. Four local bands which represent different music scenes of Vancouver, will be playing at the Rickshaw. I've invited Christoph from The Wrecktals and Kevvy from Fake Shark-Real Zombie! on We All Fall Down to talk about their bands and upcoming show. That was a crazy show, sometimes even little bit to crazy, but overall it was fun!
